100 reasons to celebrate
CHILDREN at Warrnambool West Primary School looked a little older earlier last week.

Children at Warrnambool West Primary School were looking much older last week, including (from left) Evelyn Chivers, Jameka Fleming, Esila Arslan, Remi-Jay Young, Mason Kurtis and Deja Brigham – with the foundation/one students celebrating their 100th day at school.
Foundation students celebrated their first 100 days of learning by dressing as 100 year-olds for the day.
The children were presented with certificates and enjoyed sharing a huge ‘100 days smarter’ cake and treats from school principal, Clare Monk, in front of their families and year 5/6 buddies.
Fun games, writing about what they would do if they were 100 years-old and sharing 100 items they found at home during their maths lesson was all part of the day’s celebration.
