Armstrong wins scratch
PAULINE Armstrong has won the ladies’ scratch event at East Framlingham Golf Club.
Armstrong finished on 55 to take the win last Wednesday, while Carol Parsons 55-18.5-36.5 won the ladies’ handicap.
The day attracted 33 players to the course.
The men’s scratch went to Nick Kenna with 38 while the handicap was won by Danny Kenna 41-8-33.
Robbie Richardson finished with 46 to take the men’s scratch handicap while the non-handicap was won by Zac Bailey 56-18-36.
The men’s longest drive went to Craig Telford while the ladies’ non-handicap scratch was won by Hannah Cargill on 71.
Nearest the pins: 1st Matt Jewell, 2nd Willis Johnston, 3rd, 4th and 5th Matt Cameron (eagle), 6th Tony Kenna (eagle), 7th and 8th Nick Kenna and 9th Matt Jewell.
The raffle was won by Brian McKenzie.
