Brown wins at East Fram
JOSH Brown has taken out the A grade championship at the East Framlingham Golf Club for 2024.

Other championship winners were as follows:
B grade – Leigh Chiltern; C grade – Wil Kenna; D grade – Jim Lewis, and the Inverarity Trophy winner was Tony Kenna.
Gerard Eccles took out the men’s scratch event at the club on Wednesday, February 21.
Gerard took the win with a score of 39.
A field of 60 golfers took part in the day of competition.
The men’s handicap was won by Kevin Bourke 41-10.5-30.5 while Rhys Raymond won the men’s scratch handicap on 44.
The men’s non-handicap went to Harold Cottee on 51-16-35 while Louise Cameron took out the ladies’ scratch on 48 and Pauline Armstrong, on 48, won the ladies’ handicap event.
The longest drives went to Kevin Cameron (men) and Louise Cameron (ladies).
Nearest the pins: 1st Ray Eccles, 2nd Tony Kenna, 3rd Matt Cameron, 4th Rhys Raymond, 5th Willis Johnston, 6th Wayne Heinrich, 8th Glen Tracey and 9th Ben Polson.
