Free event for Harmony Week
THE Warrnambool Botanical Gardens will be the place to be on Sunday, March 24 for a day of food and entertainment.

The third annual Multicultural Harmony Week Picnic will run from 11am until 2pm and is currently being organised by members of Warrnambool’s Multicultural Women’s Circle.
The group, in conjunction with Warrnambool Neighbourhood House, will highlight Harmony Week’s theme of ‘Everyone Belongs.’
The free, family event will feature a multilingual Acknowledgment of Country, Thai temple dancers, Indian dancing, tai chi demonstrations, a coffee van and ice cream.
Women are welcome to attend the event in traditional dress and this year’s ‘wish activity’ will be for world peace.
There will be plenty on offer for young visitors, with children’s activities set to include bilingual children’s story telling, face painting, badge making and hula hooping.
