THERE was plenty of fun at Warrnambool West Primary School last week to kick start the new year.

Twenty new foundation students began their education at the school, while the entire student body enjoyed a free family barbecue lunch on Friday followed by a hip hop performance in the sunshine.
Visiting dance company ‘Stomp’ taught several routines while families were also invited to join in for a ‘chicken dance.’
Warrnambool West has also welcomed four new staff members this year – Madison Hoy (year 1-2), Daniel Symonds (year 3-4), Merran Moir (music specialist) and David Yates (student wellbeing mentor).
