Fourteen students from Warrnambool West Primary School joined others from across the district on November 21 for a day of celebration and fun.
Held at Woolsthorpe Primary School, students participated in seven activities – bush cooking, touch rugby, Koorie time with Brett Clarke, ball games, cricket, hut building and tug-of-war.
A barbecue and graduation award ceremony (for year six students) was another highlight of the day.
Special guest Brett Clarke performed cultural songs and dances with the students and took along a range of traditional clothes, weapons and musical instruments to show.
