Mini golf fundraiser a hit
MINI golf enthusiasts from across the district enjoyed a family fun day in Warrnambool last weekend – and helped raise vital funds for Muscular Dystrophy Awareness in the process.
The Gillin Boys Foundation hosted a special mini golf family fun day at Warrnambool’s ‘Mini Golf By the Sea’ on Saturday afternoon.
Along with the chance to try their luck on the course, visitors also enjoyed a sausage sizzle, coffee van, face painting and the opportunity to take a close look at a newly-designed two-seater Sprintcar on display.
Proceeds from the event will go towards finding a cure for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
