Members of the Australian Plants Society (Warrnambool branch) gathered at the home of group president David Hanscombe and his wife Linda on Sunday to share ideas and learn some ‘tips’ on how best to sow seeds and pot cuttings, with a special focus on Australian natives.

“We currently have a smallish group of about 30 or so members who share a common interest in gardening,” member Brian Waters said.

“We’re all gardening enthusiasts who share a special interest in promoting and keeping Australian natives.”

The group currently meets on the fourth Friday of each month at the Mozart Hall in Warrnambool from 8pm.

New members are always welcome.
